Electricity

I can't really explain it, I haven't got the words
It's a feeling that you can't control
I suppose it's like forgetting, losing who you are
And at the same time something makes you whole

****
Hey everyone, what's up? It's taken almost two whole months, but I think I've found it! Found what? you ask. Found that spark, that energy, that joy of life! Before I start, I'd like to say that this post is a tribute to HammaLamma, one of my best friends who moved away this month. And now, the three things that have got me smiling this month. Let's get crackalackin'!

1. The release of the final Harry Potter movie.

This is kind of a bittersweet moment, especially for those self-proclaimed "Potterheads" who grew up with the books/movies. Or stayed up all night on their eleventh birthday waiting for a letter from Hogwarts. Or know the 17+ passwords to get into the Gryffindor commonroom by heart. *cough* Not that I know anyone like that.

2. The Billy Elliot musical, in T-My City!

*Phew* Almost have my location away. I was lucky enough to get tickets to this with my family. It was amazing to watch amazingly talented kids, especially boys, dancing and singing like pros! Even more astounding was that there was no race barrier for the title role, and so there were 'Billys' of Chinese, Mixed, Caucasian, and African descent!

Just like to say, Marcus Pei is my hero. :)
3. Popsicles!

Of course, we can enjoy them all year round, but in the heat of the summer, particularly on 38 degrees-feeling like 48 degrees days like today, ice cold treats are highly appreciated.

Here, take some time to enjoy these virtual desserts. Just don't get a brain freeze!

Erg. Banana fun. BANANAMAN, REVIVAL! >:)
Classic.

Sponge-tacular!
Colourful...
Healthy?
A bit off topic, but cool nonetheless.
Well, life's pretty sweet now. Virtual school is DONE, and so my official summer vacation begins! Before I go, just thought I'd share something that had me laughing for a good ten minutes.

Teehee. Bye for now,

The Hopping Grass

  1. Wow. Can't believe you're still posting. Anyways, I have yet to see HP. Actually, I conveniently forgot to watch part one as well. And I will never ever appreciate Billy Elliot. Those radio ads are so bad.

Also, that Spongebob popsicle is demented.

And of course, I couldn't fail to mention:
    AWWWWWW GRACE IT LIKES YOU!

  2. Yeah, still going strong.. er. Sort of.

GO WATCH IT! The "19 years later" part is so hilarious. Everyone looks 70. ;) And WHY NOT? It's amazing. So stick a straw in your juicebox and SUCK IT!

I think the Popsicle is beautiful.

NAO! If anything's demented, it's the turtle. >:( 'Nuff said.
