Do you still recognize me? Chances are, if you knew what I looked like, (HAH, you DON'T!--wait. some of you might...) you wouldn't!
As you may have noticed, I haven't posted in a WHOLE WEEK. Holy, moly. That is a very long time in Hopping Grass years. It's the equivalent to 123908571239851293 human years! I'm practically dust now! :D
*tsktsk* Remember the good old days when I used to update daily? Nah, you probably detested those days, filled with my endless ranting about absolutely everything to do with anything.
Well TOO BAD. Because I'm back, and I'll be here for as long as there's the need for me to rant about things. So prepare to hear a lot more from me. xD

Indeed. First of all, I got a haircut during long weekend! This would be very ordinary, except for the fact that I had approximately 11 inches of hair hacked off, to donate to Locks of Love! So yep, my head literally feels lighter. And my heart feels a little fuller, knowing that some kid out there is going to be so much happier with a free wig. xD
Okay, enough with the sappy stuff. More about MAH SKOOL LIFE. Channelling the inner gansta there. Oho.
Alright, so first of all, in ONE week, we've completed the entire badminton unit, for gym! We finished our tournament today, and I am pleased to announce...
That my partner (the wonderful, talented girl with the un-savable smash) Ashley, and I won SECOND. Tied with another highly skilled team, Saniya and Christine.
And then we all got PWNED by Cindy and Rina, ofc. Oh well. But we all got FREE (asianWIN!) t-shirts at the end, so it's all good.
And next week, we'll be starting CPR. I'm actually really good at CPR and first aid, so I'm pretty excited. Though knowing my nature, I'm far more likely to accidentally cause serious injury to somebody then save them from serious injury. :P
Now for my other classes, I'm doing well. As well as you can, learning about atoms and radicals, anyway. What's really interesting is what's going on in ENGLISH class. We're getting a large-scale presentation ready.
It's SO large scale, in fact, that we get until the week AFTER march break to finish. I can't reveal too much, but the overall scheme is that we're analysing one of the two books that we read, and are presenting the academic, social, and gender points of view.

In this circa-1950s atmosphere, Flavia lives in a huge but empty mansion. She is highly intelligent, and really witty. Most interesting of all, she loves chemistry, her specialty being poison.
When she finds a dying man in her garden, and her father is accused of murder, she goes on and interesting adventure to prove him innocent, and find out what really happened.
It's a really fresh series, with an unlikely heroine, ironically written by a man in his 70s. If you have the opportunity, it's definitely worth a read.
Anyhow, it's 11:08, so I probably should be getting to sleep soon, considering I have confirmation class tomorrow morning. :D
And MF, if you're reading this, I'm really sorry that I haven't responded to your email yet. I'm just REALLY, REALLY, REALLY busy. :( I will! Don't worry!
Wishing you all a lot of sweetness and a lot of pies,
the HOPPING GRASS.
