Greeting again, my friends.
And I DO know that there are some of you that read this out there, I do. So stop hiding and FOLLOW THE BLOG! please. :)
Today, we had a very nice supply teacher for our CS class. And here's what I have to say after one hour and ten minutes of very hard work.
Good news first: everybody was able to finally log onto their accounts, because the supply had a student go to the library and get account passwords reset for those who couldn't sign in.
Secondly, after reading through the instructions on our first assignment, many of us began working on step 3, which was to create some simple websites, using html, and to make various cascading style sheets for the sites. It took a LONG time, but after a while, I FINALLY HAD SUCCESS!
The bad news was: There were many students who found difficulties while creating their websites due to the fact that they made tiny errors within the html or CSS, such as the spelling of colour, forgetting to add the semi-colon, spaces, or even accidentally misspelling tags.
At the end, most of us figured out what to do. Although we haven't finished exploring all of the various functions and scripts, we did make progress today. And so ended our CS class. I can't wait for tomorrow!
This post is a bit shorter than my others, but that's because I still have some music homework to complete. Before I go, here's another interesting fact about me: I LOVE reading Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy fan fiction. If I were J.K. Rowling, they would have definitely ended up together. And Harry would have died. But I'm not J. K. Rowling. And so I must end this post with the sad reality that I am NOT richer than the Queen of England. Oh well.
Famous last words: I WILL BE BACK!!!
Grace. :)
