[There. For all you OCD-ers who were complaining about the lack of closing quotation mark from the post title.]
Well, well, well. It's October, a brand new month, so I thought I'd better post. To um, make some kind of indication that I'm still alive, and that no, you cannot have my room and belongings, dear brother.
What have y'all been up too? Not that I really care, because let's face it - the whole point of blogging is so egocentric people like myself have an outlet to release our musings and pretend that the world actually gives a crap.
So in the month (as of tomorrow) that will have passed since the official start of school, what have I been up to?
Er.
Blue Springs Clarence L'imparfait Hazel McCallion galleons Fachism Incentives Machiavellian OPVA Canada Cord Soil Management von Hayek Ce qui Resource Allocation Nemesis Panther Press editorial Soo Wong Klaine Terry Fox tree Pottermore TROLOLOLOLOL!
Ooooookay. Give me a second to organize my thoughts, please.
Ahem. In other words, a whole lot. Of course, I'd have trouble sitting still long enough to go through everything, but I'll sum up the biggies.
*Kudos to anyone who can name which act and scene we did, from the title. Zelin, you are not allowed to participate in this.
Deuxièmement, I've somehow made it through the first major economics test. Which was peppered with definitions and historical references, half of which I am sure that I answered incorrectly. Oh well.
Troisièmement, and what I personally consider to be my greatest achievement this month (other than not burning a batch of cookies today), I got into POTTERMORE! Nyanyanyanyabooboo! -insert obnoxious face here-
All you criticizers, stop being bitter because you were too LAZY to get up and obtain early entrance. The site is amazing, with stunning visuals, interesting tidbits, extra info, and amazing detail on everything from a galleon to a potion stir.
I can't wait to interact with all my friends once the site is open to the public, but for now, I give Pottermore 5 thumbs up! (yes, we Hopping Grasses have three more thumbs than you. Just because. It makes us cool. Shut up. NO, WE ARE NOT UGLY. Go away, you mean , discriminatory hater.)
The only complaint is that instead of being sorted into Slytherin (DRAMIONE!), like I had originally hoped, I've landed in Ravenclaw. I guess it can't be helped. Well, I find it (AVPM reference) extremely relieving that I'm not in Hufflepuff.
Well, that's as much time as I have for now. Keep an eye out for the next post! Or even better - give me an idea for one! Or else, you can't complain when I decide to do a detailed analysis of Canada's economic history. Or something.
Farewell, my pretty peaches!
