Want to have a try at tyromancy?

I haven't been able to post until now, because I have just woken up from a very nice nap. You see, the building stress attributed to all my unit tests meant that I haven't been getting a lot of sleep (barely any sleep at all, actually). Now that our holiday break is 3 days away, and all pre-break curriculum is almost finished, the homework load has also decreased a significant amount. Add that to all my extracurriculars finished before the break, I now have tons of free time, to do things that would otherwise be unthinkable, given my schedule. Things like taking a nice, long nap during the day.

Hey, it's me!

Now I feel super energized! I could keep going on, and on, and on, and on, like the energizer bunny! I could bounce off the walls, I'm so energized!
And guess what? All of that energy is going to be directed to this blog post, so sit tight, it might be a bumpy ride! *Laughs insanely* Okay, first of all, I think that the Terrible Tuesday phenomenon seems to have temporarily disappeared! Today was an overwhelmingly happy day for me, and that's pretty rare, nowadays.

So first of all, I make the point that high school teachers are amazingly quick at marking tests. I wonder if it's a crucial part of their interview; maybe the HR interviewer gives them a test, and uses a stop-watch to see how long it takes for the teacher to finish. Maybe.

If so, then Mr. Arkin, and Ms. Geo Teacher must have been hired immediately. I think both of them had to have marked at least 60 tests yesterday! Aside from my regular careless mistakes, my geography test was well written. I even got 97%! As to my CS test, it seems that I didn't fail, and my so-called "error" wasn't the reason why I lost marks on the CS test.

Far from failing, I did pretty well, only losing two marks out of 24. After taking up the tests, I clearly understood my mistake, and most definitely will not be making it again. We also learned how to generate stand-alones (executables) of our programs. This way, we can distribute annoying programs that make beeping sounds to all our friends! Yay! And they won't even be able to see the codes! Double yay! Hm. *evil side kicks in* That means that I could always generate executables that shut down your computer, name it something unsuspecting, and mass distribute it to everyone! Quadruple yay! :D

Next, we were shown a more complicated graphic program, with a character that "bounced" off the border of the run window. I will attempt to code that as soon as I finish with this blog.

Before I go, I have two super-awesome goodies for my super-awesome followers! Think of them as cyber Christmas presents. Thanks so much for sticking with me through most of this semester, and this course!

1. Did you know that tyromancy is a type of divination involving cheese? It's pretty odd, actually, but amusing at the same time. Hm. Kind of like ... YOUR FACE! No, one is never too old for your face! jokes. Never.

This perfectly demonstrates that Allie, the writer of http://hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com/ is a genius. :)
2. Yes! For all my fellow grammar freaks out there, this will give you a good laugh.

Remember: alots are very shy creatures, so don't throw their names around in public too much! ;D

Happy Tuesday (what's left of it) to everybody!
Grace-smiley-face :)
