Half Day, Half the Homework?

Unfortunately not. -Interrupting with important announcement: If you want to hear about the best part of the day, please scroll to the bottom of the post, thank you!- Even though school ended early today (specifically at 12:00 pm), I somehow still have a bunch of homework to complete. Which I haven't started yet, of course. More about that later.
Each class was pretty short today, about 30 minutes. One of the highlights of the day was that Mr. Arkin is feeling better, and has finally returned! Today's lesson was very useful. We were all, once again, informed that we are what we write, and thus we should take the time and effort to always read over what we write or type. Very reasonable.  Take the example on the right. Do you know what a 'wapple' is? Me neither. Spelling makes all the difference, have I made my point? :)

Anyhow, we learned about for loops, which Mr. Arkin had already taught some of us before. Along with for loops, we were introduced to the decreasing keyword, which is basically used for decreasing order in for loops. Then we took up half of the substrings assignments, and were shown Mr. Arkin's very *shiny* model answers!

We have to modify assignment 9, and I'd better get started soon, because it's already 9:51! Actually, I got home less than half an hour ago, because I had taekwondo today. HI-YAH! Okay, no.

But before I shut up and go, (yes, I will eventually shut up, don't worry :), I must tell you about the most awesome part of my day. If you recall, it was an early dismissal, and so my friend Hannah and I bussed to Fairview Mall and made the long awaited trip to see HP7p1! What's that? Why, it's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One! Saying HP7p1 is shorter though. Heh.

It's a parting gift of Tom Felton for you. Enjoy! *:)
It wasn't that great, and a lot of my favourite parts from the book were skipped. I must say, though, that the acting has greatly improved with each film. I may go see part 2, when it comes out. But purely so I can look at Draco Malfoy (portrayed by Tom Felton) some more – I mean – enjoy the wonderful screenplay ... Yeah right. Nonetheless, it was a very nice day spent browsing stores, eating *healthy* food, and making the best movie commentary ever with Hannah. I would give you some examples, but I'm afraid not all of the commentary we made was very appropriate. Oh well!

I've really got to start working on my homework now, or i won't be able to get enough sleep!

Happy Half-day to all, and to all a good night!
Grac

P.S. Did you get that? It's 'half' of my full name! Okay, I know, lame. :P
